Store and organize files, images, and other assets in the cloud
Access AI-powered features for content analysis and suggestions
Sync your data across multiple devices
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 4 years old to use Notice. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. User Accounts and Data
To use Notice, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:
Account Security: Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
Data Storage: Understanding that your notes, metadata, user information (including name, email, and profile picture), and any files you upload are stored securely in the cloud using Firebase and Google Cloud services
Data Accuracy: Providing accurate and up-to-date information in your profile
Data Deletion: Requesting deletion of your data at any time through the app settings or by contacting our support team
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. AI Features and OpenAI Integration
Notice includes paid AI-powered features that enhance your note-taking experience:
Content Analysis: AI can analyze your notes to provide summaries, insights, and suggestions
Content Enhancement: AI can assist with writing, editing, and organizing your notes
Data Processing: When you use AI features, your requests and relevant content are sent to OpenAI for processing
Important: AI features are optional. You can not use them by not initiating them, no AI task is ran without clearly being apparent and without being avoided. When using AI features, your data is processed by OpenAI according to their privacy policy and terms of service. We do not control how OpenAI handles your data once it is sent to them.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store in Notice, including notes, files, images, and other materials. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content to provide the service.
Our Intellectual Property: The Notice app, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by Waykode and protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
By You: You can delete your account and stop using the App
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or other legitimate reasons

AI Features Disclaimer: AI-powered features are provided for assistance only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. Use AI features at your own discretion.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waykode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Notice.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Waykode from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Notice, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
